Julie Carr

Julie Carr is the author of over a dozen books of poetry and prose, including The Garden; Mud, Blood, and Ghosts: Populism, Eugenics, and Spiritualism in the American West; and Underscore. Her work has been anthologized widely and has been published in VOLT, Fence, Boston Review, BOMB, and The Nation, among others. With Tim Roberts she is the co-founder of Counterpath, a community art and gathering space and press in Denver. She hosts the podcast Return the Key: Jewish Questions for Everyone
