Nancy Naomi Carlson
Nancy Naomi Carlson is a poet and translator from French. Her translation of Khal Torabully’s Cargo Hold of Stars: Coolitude received the Oxford-Weidenfeld Translation Prize. She has translated work by René Char, Samira Negrouche, Alain Mabanckou, Abdourahman A. Waberi, and Sylvie Kandé, among others.
