Caitlin DeClercq is assistant director at the Center for Teaching and Learning at Columbia University in New York and a research fellow at the Interdisciplinary Center for Healthy Workplaces at the University of California, Berkeley. She is the author of Building Sound Bodies for Sound Minds: Architecture, Pedagogy, and Students' Sedentary Lives.
