Joshua L. Glazer is professor of education policy at the Graduate School of Education and Human Development at George Washington University. He holds a BA in European history from Brandeis University (1991) and a PhD from the University of Michigan. He is a co-­author of Improvement by Design (Chicago, 2013) and co-editor of Choosing Charters: Better Schools or More Segregation? (Teacher's College 2018).
