Winifred Elysse Newman is the Homer Curtis Mickel and Leola Carter Mickel Professor of Architecture, associate dean for research and faculty affairs, and director of the Institute for Intelligent Materials, Systems and Environments in the School of Architecture and College of Architecture, Art and Construction at Clemson University.
